At CSP Global, our graduate and professional students are leaders in innovation, research, and professional excellence. Their dedication and hard work make a lasting impact on their industries and communities. As we observe Graduate-Professional Student Appreciation Week (GPSA) from April 7-11, 2025, we take this opportunity to recognize and celebrate their achievements.

The History of Graduate-Professional Student Appreciation Week

Graduate-Professional Student Appreciation Week was founded in 1993 by student advocates Tony Rosati (Georgetown University), Gina Pearson (American University), and Anne Holt (Florida State University). Their efforts led to the establishment of a national recognition week to highlight the invaluable contributions of graduate and professional students across the country. Since then, universities nationwide have participated in this annual celebration, traditionally held during the first week of April.
